Total Recall

Total Recall (2012) primarily evokes intense Excitement and Anticipation due to its relentless action sequences, high-stakes chases, and constant progression of the plot. A significant sense of Anxiety and Fear is maintained as the protagonist, Quaid, is constantly on the run and in peril. The core sci-fi premise of implanted memories and a blurring reality leads to considerable Confusion and Surprise for the audience, mirroring Quaid's own disorientation. There's also a degree of Anger towards the tyrannical antagonist and Satisfaction from the resolution of action set pieces and Quaid's small victories.
