Despite its 'Animation, Action, Adventure' genre tags, Berserk: The Golden Age Arc III - The Advent is overwhelmingly defined by its descent into profound horror and tragedy. Audience emotional responses are dominated by a strong sense of 'Disturbing' due to the extreme gore, body horror, and psychological torment of the 'Eclipse' event.
